The Rundown:
Cortexia's own Human Factors and Safety Diagnostic was used to assist South32 in one of their major Australian Coal Mines to identify areas of both strengths and weaknesses relative to other high reliability industries. Cortexia's Diagnostic Model was tailored to South32's requirements and a series of over 35 intensive interviews were run with staff from management to the front line.
The Result:
A detailed assessment report was prepared highlighting the strengths and areas for improvement, along with a series of recommended strategic initiatives.
